Luis Andrade - CTO and Acting CEO

LUIS FILIPE DE ANDRADE is founding partner and President of ATX Software SA, established since 1996, a company at the leading edge of international research and development in the area of model driven software development and software reengineering and modernization. He graduated in computer science in 1987 at the University of Lisbon and since then was involved in many research projects and publications in the fields of Model Driven Architectures and Software Reengineering. As partner and principal director of ATX as well as CTO and acting CEO of ATX Technologies Ltd he is directly involved with the development of the company products and with the overall internationalization process in which the company is engaged now. His technical experience and technology vision was used by major financial institutions in Portugal and Spain as well as by the Portuguese Government to reengineer and modernize some of their IT infrastructures allowing these institutions to be more competitive and agile in their business domains.

Ashraf Uddin - Sales and Operational Director

Ashraf joined ATX in 2007. Over the last 12 years, he has worked internationally with companies, both public and private, at an operational and strategic level and has been Sales Director of a number of world leading businesses in the market intelligence and consulting industries. These include: WMRC, World Markets Research Centre an international publisher, one of the largest economic and financial analysis companies in the world where he expanded the business to another 20 countries worldwide. Datamonitor, the world’s leading provider of online data, analytic and forecasting platforms for key vertical sectors where he was responsible for expanding and maintaining new markets. IBDG, the International Business Development Group, a specialist business development consultancy operating in Europe; Eastern Europe; USA and Middle East where he was responsible for developing and growing visibility and market share of the companies technology division.

Ashraf also has considerable exposure of working with younger, growing businesses, both as a strategic advisor and counselor.

Debbie Hill – Financial Director

Debbie joined ATX in 2009 to oversee the Finance function. She qualified as a Chartered  Accountant in 1995 and has worked as Finance Director and Finance Manager  setting up and overseeing the smooth running of the function in a number of organizations. She has worked alongside other professionals within these companies developing business plans and implementing systems to ensure the finance function provides essential and accurate information.
